Shares of fast-food chain Shake Shack (NYSE:SHAK) jumped 4.2% in the afternoon session after Jefferies upgraded the restaurant chain's stock to "Hold" from "Underperform.". While the rating improved, the investment firm also lowered its price target on the shares to $95 from $110.
