Ms. Freedman, who has served as a member of Longacre’s Advisory Board since 2023, has extensive experience as a C-level executive, public company director, strategic advisor and investment banker. Based in Toronto, Ms. Freedman will focus on advising issuers and investors on the public and private elements of shareholder activism campaigns, corporate governance changes, complex transactions and other material events.
