Hammond will report directly to Marc Hineman, Chief Operating Officer, and will oversee Dynasty’s people strategy, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance in multiple states.

Ms. Hammond, who brings over 20 years of dynamic HR leadership, is known for building inclusive workplace cultures, boosting employee retention, and leading transformative workforce initiatives. In her previous role, she served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for private equity backed Club Car, advising executive leaders across Engineering, Sales, Finance, and IT while managing a global workforce of over 1,600 employees. Ms. Hammond is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

In her role, Mrs. Strawhecker leads the team responsible for onboarding and supporting financial advisory teams as they integrate into Dynasty’s platform. Her expertise in financial services and operational integration enhances Dynasty’s capacity to provide outstanding support to its expanding advisor network. Ms. Hammond will also carry forward the people-focused legacy of Amanda (Mandy) Kerley, Dynasty’s founding Head of HR, who was central to shaping the firm’s family-oriented culture.
