New chapter reflects revitalized business, strengthened focus on innovation and commitment to excellence in support of Georgia’s Coin Operated Amusement Machine industry

ARC Gaming and Technologies (“ARC”), one of the largest Class B Coin Operated Amusement Machine (COAM) route operators in Georgia, unveiled today a transformative update to its leadership structure. The company has named Robert W. (Bill) Nader as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and David Sloan as Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer. The company also announced veteran executives Dean Martin as Chief Operating Officer, Daniel Davila as Chief Revenue Officer and Anna Madrigal-Mueller as Director of Marketing and Communications.

Bringing significant experience in leading best-in-class, distributed gaming and technology companies in multiple states, Mr. Nader and Mr. Sloan will oversee operational management and financial strategy and lead ARC’s efforts to deliver state-of-the-art, engaging gaming solutions for convenience store owners and customers in Georgia. Their exceptional industry expertise and deep community involvement have been integral over the past year in building ARC’s new identity and revamping the business with a renewed commitment to delivering outstanding results and upholding the highest standards of integrity in its business practices.

“ARC Gaming and Technologies will be synonymous with excellence and state-of-the-art experiences and solutions,” Mr. Nader said. “We are at a pivotal moment in the history of our company, and I’m thrilled to be part of the team as we move forward and position ourselves for continued success as we deliver value-add solutions for our convenience store partners and entertainment for their customers. ARC is a one-stop-shop for COAMs and the technology to manage them, and this transition is only the latest in our efforts that are already well underway to improve all aspects of the business.”

As Georgia’s COAM market continues to develop, Mr. Nader and Mr. Sloan’s leadership strongly positions the company to capitalize on the demand for ARC’s cutting-edge technology. Mr. Nader and Mr. Sloan will focus on positioning the company for continued growth and success with a strengthened emphasis on innovation, including new technology and product development as the company fortifies its capabilities and position as Georgia’s leading COAM operator. Furthermore, the executive team has been licensed in multiple markets and has strong engineering, operational and financial backgrounds. Their industry experience includes operating successful large, distributed gaming businesses in regulated markets both domestically and internationally.

“Coming from the highly-regulated and highly-competitive Nevada market, our team understands what it takes to be successful operating in local gaming markets like Georgia,” Mr. Sloan said. “To be competitive, you must deliver best-in-class service, equipment, technology and marketing. Additionally, integrity as a management team and ownership group is imperative. Corporate customers should have confidence knowing that the company they are partnering with has been vetted and licensed in highly-regulated jurisdictions, and they can trust that ARC is that partner.”

Mr. Nader and Mr. Sloan have been leaders in the gaming industry for more than 30 years, including extensive experience in gaming and technology ventures. In addition to their Nevada gaming experience, they were founding managing members of Gaming and Entertainment Management – Illinois (GEM), one of the largest Route Operators in Illinois.

ARC has also named Dean Martin as Chief Operating Officer to oversee ARC Field Services, Logistics and Product Development. A leader in the industry for more than 30 years, Mr. Martin has worked with a range of companies specializing in product development, operational improvement, business strategy and growth.

Daniel Davila has been named Chief Revenue Officer. Mr. Davila will oversee the company’s strategic growth initiatives. He has been involved with the gaming industry either as an award-winning Wall Street analyst, a private equity investor, an industry insider providing financing to the gaming industry or owning and managing gaming route assets.

Anna Madrigal-Mueller has also been named Director of Marketing and Communications. She brings more than 20 years of experience in driving strategic marketing, brand building, consumer engagement and business growth to the company. Her previous roles include business development for Kimberly-Clark, a Fortune 500 company, and CNN, a leading media network, where she led content strategy, production and brand visibility.
