Pandion Optimization Alliance Completes Second Acquisition in Fiscal Year; Acquires GroupSource GPO

Pandion Optimization Alliance, a rapidly growing player in the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) space, is acquiring GroupSource GPO to further bolster their strategic position in the market. The acquisition marks the completion of Pandion’s second successful purchase in the fiscal year.

Located just outside of Kansas City, GroupSource brings with them a reputation of dedicated service to their 10,000+ membership base in the Midwest, as well as, around the country. GroupSource President & CEO, Jason Andrews, saw an opportunity to build a niche service based business model, specializing in ambulatory care centers, physicians’ offices and colleges and universities.
